Get Involved with our Programs
MOVE the Valley is happy to offer two leadership programs to help develop the leaders of tomorrow. The Women of Change Leadership Academy and Pablo Rodriguez Dream Building Academy both run from June through November 2026 in hybrid formats. These programs aim to develop new leaders in our communities with hands-on experience and valuable community mentors, resources, and connections. More information and applications for these programs can be found below!
Pablo Rodriguez Dream Building Academy
Participants in this cohort will explore what it means to be politically engaged in their communities, and how to turn that care into action! Unlike traditional leadership programs, this cohort emphasizes real-world application. Participants will work collaboratively to develop and implement issue-based organizing projects rooted in the needs of their communities, with ongoing support from experienced advisors and mentors.
